gobi manchurian recipe

Gobi manchurian recipe explained with step by step pictures. Learn how to make tasty gobi manchurian at home. This kind of gobi manchurian recipe is in practice across Indian state of Karnataka. This is a dry gobi manchurian recipe.

As I said earlier in my babycorn manchurian post, my son loves manchurians and I keep preparing them. But I generally prefer baby corn manchurian as compared to gobi manchurian. Because I always feel gobi is filled with pesticide and worms. But this time I got a fresh, homegrown gobi or cauliflower from my neighbour. So I prepared both aloo gobi and gobi manchurian.

GEnerally in Karanataka munchurians will be spicy and dark red in colour. But I do not make it so spicy because we do not prefer eating very spicy food. So adjust the spiciness as per your taste. And I am filing this recipe under kids friendly recipes section. If you are looking for more snacks recipes then do visit our Snacks page. Read, try and enjoy gobi manchurian this weekend.
