veg lollipop recipe

Veg lollipop recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Veg lollipop or potato lollipop is a very tasty tea time snacks prepared in appe or paniyaram or paddu pan. Veg lollipop is prepared using potato, capsicum, onion, carrot, ginger, red chili powder, bread and garma masala. This is a kids friendly recipe.

I have made it less spicy as it is a kids friendly recipe. So you can adjust the spice level as per your taste. You can also add chopped green chilies for extra spiciness. Very rarely I post these kind of recipes as my focus is on traditional Karnataka recipes. Saying so I have posted potato cutlet, babycorn manchurian, gobi manchurian, babycorn golden fry, curd sandwich, pasta and many more recipes.

My Son loves this type of foods. So I keep preparing them often. And since I don't prefer too much of deep fried foods, I always use paddu pan or appe pan to prepare these veg lollipops. This is a healthy version of veg lollipop as no deep frying is involved in this.

I am filing this under kids friendly section and snacks section. If you are looking for more kids friendly recipes or more Snacks recipes then visit our kids friendly recipes and Snacks sections. Do read, try and enjoy.

I have made a video on this recipe with Kannada narration, which I have embedded it below. Kindly have a look.
