Tomato salad recipe

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Serves: 2

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 big onion
  2. 2 big tomatoes
  3. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  4. 0.5 - 1 finely chopped green chili
  5. Salt to taste

Ingredients for tempering:

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 1 red chili
  3. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

Instructions for tomato salad recipe:

  1. Finely chop onion and take in a bowl.onion for tomato salad
  2. Add in finely chopped tomato.tomato for tomato salad
  3. Add in finely chopped coriander leaves, green chili and salt.coriander leaves and green chili for tomato salad
