Ragi milkshake or finger millet juice is a traditional, healthy and tasty vegan milk recipe. 2 types of ragi milk or ragi halu recipes are explained here. Whole ragi and jaggery are the 2 main ingredients in both the recipes.

I have added 1/4 cup jaggery and 2 cups water in both the recipes. Adding 1/4 cup jaggery will just give medium sweet to the juice. So please adjust the jaggery and water as per your taste.
