dodna dose or coconut dosa recipe

Dodna dose or sponge dosa recipe explained in this video with step by step pictures and a video. Dodna dose is just 3 ingredients breakfast recipe with rice, coconut and cooked rice. This sponge dosa turns very soft and tasty without dal, poha, curd and soda. Coconut dosa can be served with coconut chutney or sambar or ghee and sugar.

Coconut gives unique taste to this dosa. I have used fresh cooked rice, which you can replace it with left over rice. 7 - 8 hours of fermentation is sufficient, however if the climate is cold ferment the batter until done.
