raw mango rasam, mavinakayi neer gojju or raw mango recipe

Mavinakayi neer gojju or raw mango gojju recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very tasty raw mango recipe with very minimum ingredients. This mavinakayi gojju or chutney is prepared using raw mangoes, green chillies and a big fat tempering. Mavinakayi neer gojju tastes good with hot steaming rice.

This Malnad style mango gojju is tangy, spicy and filled with flavour. I haven't used jaggery in this recipe. However you add jaggery if you like the gojju that way. Raw Mango gojju is a good appetizer, it aids digestion and everyone loves this.
