Hasiru masale avalakki or green masala poha recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very easy and tasty evening snack recipe prepared using thin beaten rice, green chillies, fresh grated coconut, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, sugar and lemon juice. This is a quick poha or aval recipe with very minimum ingredients.

Hasiru masale avalakki or poha recipe

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 0 min
Serves: 4

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 3 cups thin beaten rice/poha/avalakki
  2. 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  3. 2 green chillies (adjust as per your taste)
  4. Few curry leaves
  5. Some coriander leaves
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice or as per your taste
  7. Sugar as per taste
  8. Salt as per taste

Instructions for making hasiru masale avalakki:
