Try this super light, crispy and tasty chakkulis for this Ganesha festival. I have also shared one more very very tasty chakli recipe along with this. Hesaru bele chakli recipe

Preparation time: 40 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Serves: 15

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1/4 cup moong dal or hesaru bele
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Big pinch of asafoetida
  5. Salt as per your taste
  6. 2 tbsp hot oil or small lemon sized butter (for the dough)
  7. Oil to deep fry

Instructions for making hesaru bele or moong dal chakli:

  1. To begin with take the moong dal in a pressure cooker and rinse it.split green gram for hesaru bele chakli or moong dal murukku recipe
