batani or green peas dosa recipeBatani dose or green peas dosa recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Matar dosa is a very tasty, healthy and crispy dosa recipe prepared using rava, rice flour, wheat flour, green peas, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Hasi batani dose is an instant breakfast recipe.

Rava used in this green peas dosa is medium rava or upma rava. You can find more rava or semolina recipes on this website like rave uppittu (rava upma), rava kesari bath, rave unde or rava laddu and rava roti. Also I have used well seasoned cast Iron pan. If you do not have cast iron pan, don't worry go ahead with non-stick pan.

This batani dose or matar dosa is very tasty and healthy. It turns out crispy if cooked for sometime under medium flame. Even though it is crispy, it just melts in your mouth. Or if you don't like crispy dosas, do not cook it for long time. One thing you need to remember is, this dosa should be prepared immediately without resting the batter for long time. You can serve batani dosa along with coconut chutney or serve it as it is.
