Palak paratha recipe, palak parota

Palak paratha or parota recipe explained with step by step pictures. Palak paratha or parota is prepared using palak, green chili, ginger, garlic and carom seeds. Palak paratha or palak chapathi is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe using palak leaves. Palak parathas are easy to prepare as compared to stuffed parathas like aloo paratha and carrot stuffed paratha. It is just like preparing chapathis. Here ground puree of palak leaves, green chili, ginger and garlic are are mixed with the wheat flour and kneaded into a pliable dough. I have already posted methi or menthe soppina parota, radish or moolangi parota recipes, which are quite similar to this but the ingredients are different.

Palak is very good for health. You can read more about palak in my palak soup post, which is another tasty and easy recipe from palak. Or if you are looking for more palak recipes then do check my palak sambar and palak palle (palak dal).
