mushti dose or mushti dosa recipe

Mushti dose or mushti dosa recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Mushti dosa is nothing but konkani style mushti polo. Mushti dosa is a very tasty dosa prepared using rice, little urad dal, methi seeds, coconut and beaten rice. Prepare soft and tasty dosa with very little urad dal. Since we are adding coconut and beaten rice, these dosa will be very soft and tasty. Mushti dose or mushti dosa can be served with coconut chutney or sambar or ghee and sugar.

I learnt this Konkani style mushti dose, from a Konkani food group. 'Mushti' is fistful and since the mushti measurement is used, it is called as mushti dosa. For 1 cup of rice, 1 mushti of urad dal is added. However I have used proper cup and spoon measurements. This dosa has very little urad dal. But still the dosa will be soft and fluffy due to coconut and beaten rice.
