This instant dosa is prepared using wheat flour, rava curd and salt. This is a crispy goddhi hittu rave dose or wheat flour rava dosa recipe.

This is a very useful instant dosa recipe. You can serve it for breakfast or as a light dinner. I have used a small pinch of cooking soda in this recipe, which is completely optional and you can skip it.

Godhi hittu dose recipe

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves: 3

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup chiroti rava (fine rava)
  3. 1/4 cup curd
  4. Big pinch cooking soda (optional)
  5. Ghee or Oil for making dose
  6. 1/4 tsp sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp salt (or as per your taste)

Instructions for making wheat flour dosa:

  1. Take wheat flour in a container.wheat flour for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa

  3. Add in salt.salt for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  4. Add in sugar.sugar for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  5. Add in cooking soda.soda for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  6. Give a quick mix.mixing flours for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  7. Next add in curd.curd for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  8. Add in half of the water and give a good mix. Prepare dosa batter by adding required water (around 1/2 cup). Make sure that there are no lumps. Rest it for 15 minutesmaking batter for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  9. Prepare dosa batter by adding required water gradually. Make sure that there are no lumps. Rest it for 5 minutesmaking batter for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  10. The batter consistency should be like thick milkshake or little thicker than that. Rest it for 5 minutesbatter for godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
  11. Now heat the cast iron pan (well seasoned) or non-stick pan. Pour a laddle full of batter and spread the dose in a circular way just like regular urad dal dose.making godhi hittina dosse or wheat flour rava dosa
